How to design My Package?

 

First, opt for one Core Solution:  

 

  • Medical Emergency Alert Solution (MEAS): 24X7 Medical Emergency Help through a Smart wristband. An ambulance is arranged and our staff accompanies the member to the hospital and is there till he/she is attended to.
  • Well @ Home: A technology-backed comprehensive solution, including 24X7 medical emergency help; remote health monitoring with data for the member’s doctor and our Alarm Centre to access
  • MedicAssist @ Home: A holistic solution, including 24X7 medical emergency help; remote health monitoring with data for the member’s doctor and our Alarm Centre to access; domestic expense and utility payment solution, along with engagement and a dedicated care manager.

Now, choose one or more Supplementary Solution/s:

  • Medical Logistics Management*: We manage and track the complete Medical Logistics of the member, thereby providing the member and/or their care sponsor more peace of mind in terms of a single point of contact.
  • Digital Tracking & Monitoring Services: This service allows the member or care sponsor to have access to both basic and advanced complex health parameters of member and also communicate with the family physician.
  • Expense Reimbursement Service*: We help members to decide the budget and provide detailed accounts with feedback against the decided sum of money that is given to us for this purpose by the member or sponsor.
  • Out-of-Home Assistance: Staff to visit the member once a week to help with out-of-home work—work at the bank or post office; accompany member to salon, diagnostics or doctor's chamber; utility bill payment/utility booking; and other support to help the member live independently.
