  1. Where are your services available?

    A. Our services are currently available in Kolkata. We will be extending to other geographies very soon.
  2. Do you provide nurses and ayahs?

    A. No, we do not directly provide nurses and ayahs. However, we do have tie-ups with those who provide verified and quality personnel.

  4. How do we pay for the services?

    A. You can pay via any credit card or debit card or most Indian bank accounts through the secured payment gateway on this site. Please click on the Register Now tab, fill up the form and press the Submit button. Once the form is successfully submitted, you will receive a mail on the email ID (that you have provided) with a link and one-time verification key. You need to click on the link and enter the one-time verification key in the field provided. You will get to view the form you have filled with the payment options at the bottom. Once you select your payment option, you will be automatically led to the secured payment gateway for making the payment. In case of offline enrolment, you can also pay by cheque.
  5. Can you customise services for my needs?

    A. Yes, we do customise. It also depends on your requirements and our need analysis.
  6. How do you ensure the quality of the people coming to our home?

    A. We are primarily hiring qualified, trained professionals. Companions are trained by our experts and geriatric counsellors. We also have ex-army professionals, who are adept at handling different kinds of emergency situations. Our staff undergoes two rounds of verification through reputed agencies.   For nurses and ayahs, we have tie-ups with reputed providers who verify their records. The onus of verification and its reliability is theirs.

  8. Can I cancel?

  10. Do I have to take an annual package?

    A. You can take any package as per your requirement and convenience. You can pay quarterly, six-monthly or annually.
