Core Solutions

Here are our Core Services or Primary Offerings. You can choose any one of these three, depending on what you need.

 

1. Medical Emergency Alert Solution  

 

One of the biggest worries for the elders as well as their immediate relatives is the unpredictability of a medical emergency situation. Most of the times, the fear of such an eventuality, and not necessarily an actual situation, inhibits the elderly from leading a normal life. 

 

Our smart and lightweight wristband immediately connects with our National Alarm Centre (NAC) when the emergency alarm button is activated, either at home or outside. With the in-built location tracker, the NAC knows the exact location of the member.

 

After verifying the nature of the medical emergency, the NAC immediately contacts a reputed and enlisted ambulance service provider for immediate transportation to the hospital and also simultaneously contacts our Member Care Associates (who are primarily ex-servicemen) to accompany the member to the preferred, pre-defined hospitals. At the hospital, our staff ensures that the member is attended to and if advised by the doctor, takes adequate care to admit the member and ensure emergency medical intervention at the hospital. The NAC also informs the care sponsor or any pre-decided relative/friend at the earliest.  

 

How does it work:

 

 

 

MEAS includes:

 

  • 24x7 medical emergency help 
  • Weekly visits: A fixed duration of 1.5 hours per visit every week on a pre-defined and mutually agreed day and time of the week to do out-of-home work. The member has the flexibility to add more hours to the weekly visits by opting for our Supplementary Solution – Out-of-Home Assistance, in addition to MEAS 
  • Daily calls: The National Alarm Centre (NAC) calls up every day at a pre-defined time to enquire about the member’s wellbeing 
  • Free referral service for any kind of assistance by calling the NAC anytime 24x7 
  • Enriching Cognitive Solutions: Invitation to and participation in Coffee Mornings, movie and theatre outings, cultural programmes, picnics, discussion sessions and workshops for happy and exciting ways to lessen cognitive decline

 

2. WELL @ HOME 

 

We added this solution to our offerings after our experience with the elders highlighted the need for regular monitoring of health parameters in the comfort of their homes. After rounds of discussion with geriatricians, we came up with this technology-backed comprehensive solution that enables continuous health monitoring without the need for regular visits to the clinic/hospital. Developed in partnership with Tech Mahindra, Well @ Home is Remote Health Monitoring Solution that helps to capture the data and allows the member’s doctor to access it, as and when required. Our Alarm Centre can also access this data. This solution is customised such that the member’s doctor can even define the health parameters to be measured and define medical rules, basis the thresholds. This information is also useful in scheduling doctor visits.

 

 

 Well @ Home includes:

  • Remote Health Monitoring with data for the member’s doctor and our Alarm Centre to access

 3. MedicAssist @ Home 

 

This holistic solution not only takes care of the medical needs of the member, including 24X7 medical emergency help and remote health monitoring, but also other day-to-day needs. It often becomes cumbersome for the elderly to remember small details, so we have also set up a system to take care of their domestic expense reimbursements and utility payments. A dedicated care manager is assigned to ensure the smooth implementation of this solution.

 

MedicAssist @ Home includes:

 

  • Medical Emergency Alert Solution: 24X7 Medical Emergency Help through a Smart wristband. An ambulance is arranged and our staff accompanies the member to the hospital and is there till he/she is attended to.  
  • Remote Health Monitoring with data for the member’s doctor and our Alarm Centre to access
  • Medical Logistics Management: We manage and track the complete Medical Logistics of the member, thereby providing the member and/or their care sponsor more peace of mind in terms of a single point of contact. This dedicated care manager will be available for 10 hours in a month to help in:
  • taking appointments and visiting the doctor.
  • scheduling and taking the member for diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • planning and preparing for a visit to the doctor or the diagnostic test centre.
  • collecting medical reports.
  • tracking medicine purchase, stocking, and stock-taking.
  • updating and sending data to the member or care sponsor.

The member has the flexibility to add more hours of availability of the dedicated care manager by opting for our Supplementary Solution – Medical Logistics Management, in addition to MedicAssist @ Home.

 

  • Weekly visits: A fixed duration of 1.5 hours per visit every week on a pre-defined and mutually agreed day and time of the week to do out-of-home work. The member has the flexibility to add more hours to the weekly visits by opting for our Supplementary Solution – Out-of-Home Assistance, in addition to MedicAssist @ Home
  • Daily calls: The National Alarm Centre (NAC) calls up at a pre-defined time to enquire about the member’s well-being
  • Free referral service for any kind of assistance by calling the NAC anytime 24x7
  • Expense Reimbursement Service: Take care of member’s day-to-day financial responsibilities and obligations. We help members to decide the budget, provide detailed accounts with feedback against the decided sum of money that is given to us for this purpose by the member or sponsor
  • Enriching Cognitive Solutions: Invitation to and participation in Coffee Mornings, movie and theatre outings, cultural programmes, picnics, discussion sessions and workshops for happy and exciting ways to lessen cognitive decline
